PHASE 1

QUESTION TIME!

  • Who is the audience?

  • What is the message?

  • How many pages will the piece entail?

  • What are the dimensions?

  • What is the budget?

  • What is the deadline?

  • Can you provide examples of designs you like?

  • Will the piece be strictly print, digital, or both?

PHASE 2

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

After our discussion, I will create a contract using the eversign application. This helps ​protect the both of us in the process. Everyone will be happy if we both agree right from the start. I will send it to you, through email and you will digitally sign it. I encourage you to print it for your records.

PHASE 4

DESIGN COMPOSITIONS/MOCKUPS 

I get started with creating compositions, based on our conversation during phase one and my research. I then will present 2-3 of my best rough drafts. You then will pick one of the compositions and we edit from there.

PHASE 6

DOCUMENT TRANSFER

Depending on the project, I will give you a PDF, large jpeg, and png. If your project is a logo, I will also include a black and white version. This will be sent to your email after payment.

PHASE 5

EDITING PROCESS

This is the time to ask for subtle revisions, keeping our project goals in mind. I include 3-5 rounds of revisions within the project price and deadline. This is also the time to tell me if you're not happy with the color combinations, composition, etc.

PHASE 3

RESEARCH TIME

I begin to research your industry, gather inspiration, and start creating designs. Next, I choose a few to continue with based on the goals for the project. For example, if you don't have a color scheme I usually create one based of something in nature or a scene from the world. Then, I will create a palette from there.
